Part of Nexus VII's WCS (Weather Clothing System). WCS was inspired by the cold weather system developed by the U.S. Military in the 1980's, the "Level" of the garment corresponds to the use of the garment and the type of environment it is appropriate for. A LV-5 jacket like this one is meant to be paired with other Nexus WCS items. It can be worn as a stand alone item or layered under heavier jackets.
